Privacy Policy

Mira · Last updated 9 September 2026

Mira is a private mood journal from Crescendo Labs Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what personal data Mira collects and how we use it. We do not sell your data, show you ads, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

What we collect and why

How we use your data

We use your data only to provide and improve Mira. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that help us run Mira, such as cloud hosting, payments and subscriptions, and the AI feature above. They may use it only to provide their service to us and must keep it protected. Some of this processing may take place outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.

Storing and protecting your data

Connections to our services use encryption in transit, and our cloud hosting provider encrypts stored data at rest. We treat your data as confidential. Your entries stay on your device unless you subscribe to Premium, in which case they are also backed up to our cloud.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your entries until you delete them. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account & data), or contact us to request deletion.

Your rights

You have rights over your personal data under UK data protection law. For those rights, how to exercise them, and our company details, see the Crescendo Labs privacy information.

Children

Mira is intended for adults and older teens. It is not designed for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe someone under 16 has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post any changes here with a new date.
