This page explains your rights over your personal data and how to contact us. It applies across all Crescendo Labs apps and services. Each app has its own privacy policy describing what that app specifically collects — this page covers the rights and company details common to all of them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy.
• Rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Erase your data (“the right to be forgotten”).
• Restrict or object to how we process your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format, or have it transferred where technically feasible.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where our processing relies on your consent.

How to exercise your rights

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@crescendolabs.co.uk and tell us which app your request relates to. We will respond within one month. Exercising your rights is free, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.

Many of these rights are also built into our apps — for example, you can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app’s settings.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK’s data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling 0303 123 1113.
